About Spam
As early netizens, we are very sensitive to and concerned about the
abuses of email. (Like the rest of you, we also receive unsolicited junk mail.) While our
company does send commercial email, we only send to people with whom we
have an existing commercial relationship, or who have specifically
requested notfications from us.
We do not buy mailing lists. We do not harvest email addresses from
newsgroups, web-crawls or packet-sniffers. We never forge headers or
try to surreptitiously sneak our email through third-party servers or
gateways.
In addition, we never sell or distribute our mailing list to other
entities. We maintain our mailing list solely to help us keep in touch
with our existing customers and visitors who have expressed interest in
our products.
Please note that we honor all requests for removal from our bulk
mailing list. Our registration form provides a check-box for customers
to specify whether or not they wish to recieve email from us. When we
send our mailings we offer two mechanisms to be removed from the list:
a simple web form, or email to our customer support department.
If you are having trouble unsubscribing to the newsletter, it is
probably because the email address you gave us doesn't match the one
in our database. If you continue to have trouble unsubscribing, feel free
to email our customer service department directly, and they will help you out.
Our company is committed to responsible net behavior, and we
voluntarily comply with the guidelines of the Online Privacy Alliance at www.privacyalliance.org |
