About International Shipping |

Our international customers are very important to us. We are
proud to be serving customers all over the world.
International shipping charges vary by the weight
of the order and the shipping destination. Shipping charges to other
countries are calculated during the ordering process. If we cannot
determine shipping costs automatically from the destination address you
gave us, we will tell you so, and before we charge your card, we'll
contact you by email for final approval.
Our Limitations: If you order products from us from outside the
United States, you are responsible for all taxes, customs duties or brokerage fees that
might arise when the shipment enters your country. If your products are
confiscated by the legal authorities of your country or state, we can't
do much about that. So we advise you to check your local laws in
advance, before ordering, if you suspect that your country bans any
products.
Insuring Your International Shipment
We encourage you to insure your international shipment!
Insurance provides reimbursement or replacement if your package is lost
or damaged. We send packages internationally all the time, and few are
ever lost or damaged, but it does happen. If yours is lost or damaged,
we cannot help you unless you insure your shipment when you order.
How to insure your international shipment:
- Place your order on our site.
Be sure to select International Parcel Post, Airmail
as your shipping option. From that point, you can
check the box that says that you want International
Insurance.
- If you do not see the box, or if you want to be sure, send us email at support@eMerchandise.com asking for international insurance, along with your ORDER NUMBER.
Shipping Insurance is not available to all countries. At
this time, USPS will not insure to the following countries. We
are sorry, but if you are shipping to one of these countries
you must do so at your own risk!

Limits on International Shipping
Please Note: Our shipping policy is Freight On Board only! Not all standups are available for international delivery. Please contact us before placing your order. More information about Freight on Board can be found here.
Foreign Orders subject to approval: We review all foreign orders and in some cases we may
request credit card validation before shipping. We will
contact you immediately via email if we require validation.
Please be sure to give us a valid email address.
Currently we cannot ship to Ghana, Indonesia, Morocco, Niger, Nigeria, Russia, or Syria.
