Help Placing an Order
To place an order, you will need to locate the products
that you wish to buy. You can find products different ways: If
you're interested in something we've featured on our main page, just click the link or image for more detail.
You can browse through the types of products we sell by
clicking on the types list displayed on the left hand
navigation bar. Then click on the show you are interested in.
You can also browse through the different titles and
categories by using the drop down menus.
Last but not
least, you can use the search capabilities of the site to find
specific products or types. For example, if you are looking
for an X-Files Clock, you simply enter "X-Files Clock" in the
search box and the site will serve up the goods!
Once you've found the products you want, you'll need to select
the Order button next to the product. If the product has a size
or color attribute, you will need to select the size and color that you
want for the product. If you do not choose a size or color, when there
are such choices, the store will tell you that you must choose.
Once you've selected a product for ordering, the product and
price will be listed in your shopping cart, which can be accessed by clicking on the "Shopping Cart" tab.
When you're finished shopping, and you have all the products you
want listed in your shopping cart, select the Place Order button
at the bottom of your shopping cart. You'll be asked to sign in and
provide relevant ordering information. If you're already registered
with us, you can simply type your name and password and have much of
the necessary ordering information filled out for you automatically.
If you're concerned about giving us your personal information or
providing a credit card number, we would like to reassure you that we
take your privacy very seriously and are
committed to providing a secure web site where it's safe to use your credit card.
Help on the Search Function
If you know what you want, you may be able to find it more
directly using the search function. Type the word or words of the products you are looking for in the search box, directly above the drop-down menus. For example, if you are looking for Austin Powers products, you could enter "Austin" or "Powers" or "Austin Powers" in the box, and in a moment the site will show you all the products it finds using your keywords. Browse though the search results for the products you are interested in!
Help Getting Around the Store
The top of the site is the navigation menu. The breadcrumb trail shows
you where you are and where you've been, if you've done some travelling
around in our store. If you want to get back to the top level at any
time, just click "Main" to return to the top of the store.
As you navigate around the site, you'll come across lists of
products, which will appear in the main area of the store. Selecting
any product will give you a more detailed view and description of that
product. To order, click on the order button. Remember to select a size and/or color! Of course, any time you need help or more information, simply select Help. | |
