What is the status of my order?

To inquire about the status of your order, please call 866-787-4376 or email our customer service team at info@emerchandise.com. Please include your order number and name. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 9 am to 6 pm EST.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Please contact the eMerchandise customer service team as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. Orders are typically shipped no later than the next business day after your order was placed. If your order ships before you are able to change or cancel the order, then we can help you with an exchange or return.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. We do not typically accept money orders or checks at this time except in rare circumstances. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to pay by check or money order and we will do our best to accommodate you.

How long is it going to take to get my order?

The simple answer is that it depends on when you placed your order and what shipping method you selected. We guarantee same day shipping for every order we receive by 1:00 EST. If you placed your order before the 1:00 EST cut-off, it will ship that day. For our estimates on how long each shipping method will take, please refer to our Shipping Information section.

Do you ship to countries outside the United States?

Yes, we ship internationally to most major countries. When placing your order, please check the country drop down box. If your country is listed, then we can ship to you. If your country is not listed, then it is not our normal practice to ship there. If your country is not on the list, please do not take it personally. We appreciate the fact that people from countries all over the world visit our website and become our customers. But, unfortunately, some countries have so much fraudulent activity that we shy away from shipping to those countries as a preventative measure. However, we are always willing to make exceptions if the circumstances are warranted, so please check with us if you do not see your country on the list.

Do you have more items that are not shown on the website?

We try to make sure every product we have in our warehouse is available on the website. If you are looking for something specific and can't find it on the website, please call or e-mail us and we will do our best to help you.

What is the difference between Pre-Order, Backordered and Sold Out?

Pre-Order means we do not have the item but we are expecting it soon and are letting customers order it in advance. With any pre-ordered item, you will not be charged until we actually ship the item.

Backordered means we are out of the item and are expecting to restock it; generally, we don't have a definitive arrival date for Backordered items and therefore do not make them available for purchase until the inventory has arrived in the warehouse.

Sold Out means the item has been discontinued by the manufacturer and it is unlikely the item will be available again.

An item I want has been marked as "Sold Out" for a while now. Will you ever get it in again?

If an item is marked as Sold Out, it is unlikely the item will be available again. We do our best to stock the widest variety of merchandise for the characters on our website and find cool replacements for items that are no longer being made.
