Superintendent Chalmers stands 5 inches tall and comes his personalized mug, telephone, official Springfield Unified Elementary School District checklist and a very gruff demeanor.
Chalmers is dressed for yelling at Principal Skinner. He comes to life when you place him on a compatible "World of Springfield" playset -- just move him around any compatible Environment to hear him talk!
