Edmund's Tunic is a authentic fabric replica of the one worn in The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe and measures 20 inches across the chest and 28 inches from hem to neck. It is suitable for children (or adults with very slight builds). It is woven out of two shades of red and one shade of golden wool. The hook-and-eye clasps are made out of metal with a fabric braid, and the tunic is embroidered with a bronze thread design. It is truly marvelous to look upon and feel, and your child will have hours of fun re-enacting their favorite scenes!
This unique product was created in New Zealand exclusively for The Chronicles of Narnia from "Stansborough Grey" wool. 'Stansborough Greys' are a rare purebred sheep with fine soft lustrous wool that is special to this breed. They are the only flock in the world.
Each special fleece is hand-sorted into shades of grey and washed, before being finely spun, individually woven on historic looms; or knitted/felted, with the greatest care and attention.
Special instructions: Dry clean or gentle warm hand wash. Lightly spin. Do not tumble dry. Warm steam press.
