Raggedy Ann was created by artist and storyteller Johnny Gruelle in 1915, whose pictures and stories about a little rag doll helped sustain his daughter's spirits through a childhood illness. These stories--infused with a father's pure, simple love-- became immortal.
This Raggedy Ann Puppet is approximately 18 inches tall. She wears her traditional rag doll dress, with her name embroidered upon it in red. Puppet controls include her head and arms. Suitable for ages 3 and up.
