Soundwave is one of the coolest Decepticons from the original Transformers. Soundwave was like Megatron's personal Internal Affairs spy. He spied on the Autobots as well as the Decepticons to make sure they were remaining loyal to Megatron. As a Transformer, he could change into an actual working casette player.
