I received my order and one of the clothing items doesnt fit. What can I do?

If you receive a t-shirt or other apparel item that doesnt fit as you expected, we will gladly exchange it for you. We want you to be happy with your purchase and wear your shirts and other clothing items comfortably. Each manufacturer produces its products a little bit differently, and we do our best to provide sizing charts that reflect those differences. Please contact our customer service department at 866-787-4376 or orders@emerchandise.com and they will provide you with instructions for returning your item and getting the size you need. Products must be returned in the condition in which they were received and in their original packaging. We are not able to accept clothing items with stains, marks or other signs of wear. We charge a $1.00 restock fee per item for all exchanges unless the mistake was on our end. Exchanges are available for 30 days from the date you receive your order.

I received my order but you sent me the wrong item or the item arrived damaged. What can I do?

We do our best to make sure every order we send out is accurate, but occasionally mistakes do happen. We guarantee every shipment we send out and we want you to be satisfied. If you receive the wrong item or your item arrives damaged, have no fear, we will take care of it for you. Please contact our customer service department at 866-787-4376 or orders@emerchandise.com and we can make arrangements for returning the merchandise and sending you a replacement. If we made a mistake, you will not be charged a restocking fee. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order if there is a problem.
